Sylvia owned and operated a medical billing service for five years and was responsible for the collection of a million dollars in the first year of a new solo practice. She developed, and holds, a copyright for an E&M tool that easily allows for abstracting of data for coding use that quickly and accurately assesses the physician visit level. Sylvia’s experience in numerous specialties and settings, from physician to hospital, has given her unique experiences and insights into the various challenges of today’s healthcare organizations.
